Effective 8 August 2026 · Last updated 8 August 2026
Do not misuse the service
Do not use BriefHaven to break the law, infringe rights, harass or deceive people, distribute malware, phish for credentials, evade security controls, send unsolicited bulk messages, probe other tenants, or upload content you are not entitled to process.
File and link safety
Do not upload executables, credential dumps, malicious archives or intentionally disguised files. Uploaded files may be quarantined, scanned, rejected or removed. Links must not direct clients to malware, impersonation or deceptive collection pages.
Resource fairness
Do not automate excessive requests, bypass project or storage quotas, resell access without permission, or interfere with service availability. We may rate-limit traffic, pause processing or require a higher-capacity plan.
Reporting and enforcement
Report suspected abuse to security@getbriefhaven.com. We may preserve evidence, revoke links, quarantine files, suspend workspaces or contact authorities where necessary and lawful.
