Refund policy

How cancellations and refund requests are handled for BriefHaven subscriptions.

Cancel at any time

You can cancel renewal from the billing portal. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period unless the checkout terms or applicable law require otherwise.

Refund requests

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for paid subscriptions. Refund eligibility is assessed under the terms shown at checkout and applicable consumer law. Duplicate charges, technical inability to access a purchased service, and other billing errors should be reported promptly to billing@getbriefhaven.com.

What to include

Include the account email, invoice or order number, purchase date and a short explanation. Do not email card details. An approved refund is returned to the original payment method.

Plan changes and account data

Downgrades take effect according to the billing portal. Cancelling payment does not automatically delete workspace data; the retention schedule in the privacy policy applies.
